Our winemaking philosophy is fundamentally simple, and has
been informed by twenty years of experience in France,
Australia, and California. We genuinely
believe that great wine starts at the root of the vine, at the very point where
the eventual fruit derives its sustenance.
We are very fortunate to have an ideal grape-growing climate here in
Santa Ynez Wine Country. As Rhone-style
wine specialists, we have the opportunity to select specific blocks of grapes
from vineyards managed to our specifications.
The result is a quaffable palette of single-vineyard Syrahs,
complimented by Grenache, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Grenache Blanc
offerings.
Our Los Olivos tasting room is centrally located in the
heart of this quaint village and is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When
planning your day, allow time to stroll
through town while leisurely wine tasting, dining at local restaurants, and
taking in art galleries. If the rolling
hills of wine country are more your style, take a drive out Zaca Station Road
and visit us at the winery, which is now open on the weekends from 11 a.m. - 4
p.m. Whatever you choose, we hope you’ll

Los Olivos Tasting Room
The Los Olivos Tasting Room & Wine Shop was established in 1987 as California's first independent tasting room specializing in Santa Barbara and Central Coast Pinot Noirs. We also carry the fine handcrafted wines produced by the smaller, local winemakers and wineries that for the most part do not have their own tasting room or have limited days they are open. Wines we feature include: Alban, Ampelos, Au Bon Climat, Brewer-Clifton, Fiddlehead, ,Flying Goat, Herman Story, Jack Creek, Jaffurs, Ken Brown, Kenneth-Crawford, Lane Tanner, Lucia, Margerum, Ojai, Pacific Coast Vineyards, Stephen Ross. There are many other wines that we carefully select to carry, representing what we feel is the best of the Central Coast's elite, hand crafted wines. Our "Consumable Art" sign over the door reflects the artistry in the talents of the winemakers we represent.
Our wine tasting includes 9 wine: 2 whites, 4 pinot noirs, 2 other select reds and a dessert wine. Cost is $10 for the tasting. Groups of 8 or more are requested to make prior arrangements, since our tasting room has limited space.

Epiphany Cellars
Epiphany’s foundation is built upon the outstanding grapes harvested from the best vineyards throughout Santa Barbara County and beyond. In most cases the Epiphany wines are made with grapes from a single vineyard source in order to accentuate the unique characteristics and terroir of that vineyard. Other Epiphany wines blend grapes from multiple vineyards in order to marry different flavor nuances thereby adding depth and complexity to the final wine.

Longoria Wines
Established in 1982, Longoria Wines is a small family owned winery producing acclaimed artisanal wines from some of the finest vineyards in Santa Barbara County. Pioneer winemaker Rick Longoria has been involved in the local wine industry since 1976. His wines are distinctive for their purity of varietal and site expression, balance and compatibility with food. Visitors are welcome at the Longoria Tasting Room located downtown in the village of Los Olivos.
